QP Experts provides online educational courses, digital downloads, and related resources designed for licensed financial professionals, including financial advisors, registered investment advisors (RIAs), and other financial services practitioners (collectively, "Courses"). Our flagship product, The Hidden QRP Gold Mine, is a self-paced digital course delivered through the Thinkific platform at qpexperts.thinkific.com.

All Courses are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in our Courses, materials, or communications constitutes legal, tax, investment, or financial advice. The information provided is general in nature and may not apply to your specific circumstances or those of your clients.

By purchasing a Course or using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• ▸You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• ▸You are a licensed financial professional or are otherwise authorized to provide financial services in your jurisdiction, or you are accessing the material solely for personal educational purposes.

Upon completing your purchase and payment in full, QP Experts grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased Course materials for your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

This license does not include the right to:

We reserve the right to revoke Course access without refund if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or misused the Course materials.

All content included in or made available through the Site and our Courses — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, video scripts, worksheets, templates, email scripts, and course materials — is the exclusive property of QP Experts and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site or our Courses without our prior written consent. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in termination of your Course access and legal action.

The QP Experts name, logo, and all related product and service names are trademarks of QP Experts. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods made available through our payment processor (Stripe, Inc.).

By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the billing information you supply is accurate and complete.

To request a refund, please email [email protected] with your name, email address used for purchase, and order confirmation number. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to be fraudulent or abusive (for example, if a customer has previously received a refund on the same or a similar product).

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE COURSE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Our Courses are designed to provide educational information to licensed financial professionals. You are solely responsible for:

QP Experts is not a law firm, accounting firm, or registered investment advisor. Nothing in our Courses creates an attorney-client, accountant-client, or advisor-client relationship between you and QP Experts.

Our Courses are delivered through Thinkific, and payments are processed through Stripe. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. QP Experts is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or practices of any third-party platform.

You agree not to use the Site or our Courses to:

• ▸Infringe the intellectual property rights of QP Experts or any third party.
• ▸Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications or spam.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which QP Experts operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site or our Courses shall first be submitted to non-binding mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only and not as a class action or representative proceeding.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QP Experts and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Site or our Courses; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and QP Experts with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and representations.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
